Local Area - Time ZonesThe mainland United States occupies four time zones (Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii are in separate time zones). From East to West they are: Eastern, Central, Mountain, and Pacific. Delaware, New York, Washington and all other places which we will visit are in the Eastern Time Zone. During the summer months, we are on "Eastern Daylight Savings Time" which is 4 hours earlier than GMT/CMT. You might find the following links helpful: |
