ARGENTINA
Sebastian VIGLIERO

Sebastian Vigliero is currently a professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires. Along with his strong teaching focus in international relations, Professor Vigliero holds the position of International Relations Analyst in the Argentine Navy in addition to advising the military on Argentine foreign policy decisionmaking process. His interests lie in the field of national defense and security as well as in U.S. foreign policy as is evident from his active participation in several seminars and conferences on international relation issues.

BRAZIL
Alexandre Ratner ROCHMAN

A professor of international relations at the Universidade Estadual de Sao Paulo, Dr. Rochman is responsible for coordinating graduate level courses in international politics and international relations at the Graduate School of Social Sciences of the Sociology and Political Science Foundation of Sao Paulo. His strong focus on political, economic, and legal aspects in International Relations is attributed to prior work experience in the field both academically and professionally as well as research publications.

EGYPT
Alaa Abdel Hafiz Mohamed ABDEL GAWAD

At present, Mr. Gawad lectures in the Political Science Department at the Assiut University, Egypt. He is presently completing his dissertation and has prior work experience concentrated in communications, both internationally and governmentally. An active professional member of several political associations, he also serves as part of a team who will teach and assist in developing curriculum for a new English section at the Political Science Department. He has published a plethora of articles and studies from 1993 to 2001 and is currently researching the role of new conservatism in American foreign policy.

GERMANY
Fouzieh Melanie ALAMIR

Dr. Alamir is a lecturer at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College and the University of the Armed Forces in Hamburg, Germany. Her academic responsibilities include teaching a broad spectrum of topics relating to European and transatlantic security, German Federal Armed Forces, and NATO. Additionally, Dr. Alamir works for the German Federal Ministry of Defense as a desk officer where her portfolio covers Asia, the Federal Security Council, and Arms Export Affairs. She is also in charge of the bilateral politico-military relations between Germany and the U.S.

GREECE
Georgios MICHALAKOPOULOS

Dr. Michalakopoulos currently lectures in geopolitics at the Ionian University as a professor in the Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpretation. In working along with his department, Dr. Michalakopoulos will introduce U.S. foreign policy in his geopolitics course. Incumbent with his academic focus, his main research publications has been on the historical, social, and political development of Turkey and on Middle East politics. He is also associated with the Laboratory of Geocultural Analyses at the Ionian University.

INDIA
Sridhar Krishnaprasad CHARI

Currently affiliated with the National Institute of Advanced Studies, one of the premier think tanks in India, Mr. Chari's work covers research and policy analysis on a range of international strategic issues, including Indo-U.S., Indo-China, Indo-Russia, and Indo- Pak relations. In addition to his work related research activities, Chari has particular interest in post 9/11 U.S. foreign policy, the future progress of the U.S. led war on terrorism, and the impact of U.S. policies on the future evolution of the international political and economic system. Mr. Chari also holds an active professional membership in the Aeronautical Society of India.

ITALY
Maria Cecilia FRANCHINO

As a research assistant in the Faculty of Political Science at Orientale University, Professor Franchino's academic responsibilities involve co-teaching classes, conducting and supervising research projects, and working to develop curriculum that better reflects the linkages between international law and the foreign policy making process. Ms. Franchino's expertise lies in human rights issues and has published articles on children, women, and racism. She currently serves as a member of "IURA" Social Promotion Association for the Protection of Human Rights.


JAMAICA
Natalie COLEY

Ms. Natalie Coley holds the position of Assistant Lecturer of International Relations in the Department of Government at the University of the West Indies, Mona where she lectures first and second year International Relations courses, tutors first to final year university students, and conducts research for international relations resource material. Previously, she has worked as Director of Communication and Dissemination at the< Jamaica Red Cross Society and in television. She remains active on the Jamaica Red Cross's Emergency Section Council.


MOZAMBIQUE
Antonio da Costa GASPAR

Mr. Antonio da Costa Gaspar is the deputy director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CEEI/ISRI) where his principal duties involve the management of all The Center's activities and in addition to researching and lecturing at CEEI. Holder of a masters' degree from Gothenburg University, Sweden, Mr. Gaspar is also an active leading commentator on the national news and a professor of strategic studies. His 2000 book deals with on security, development, and national identity.


PAKISTAN
Sadia SULAIMAN

Presently a lecturer in the American Studies Faculty of Quaid-E-Asam University, Islamabad, Sadia Sulaiman has a strong research interest in US foreign and security policy and in particular, post 9/11 relations. She is presently completing her Ph.D thesis on the paradigm shift in international relations as it relates to the U.S. and Russia. Her career ambitions include the establishment of a research institute on foreign policy that will bring scholars from all over the world to converge in Pakistan so that students and researchers can be exposed to and enriched by the latest academic trends.


PERU
Manuel Alfredo MINDREAU Montero

As an Associate Professor and Head of the International Relations Office at the Universidad Del Pacifico he has published an introductory book on International Relations and has authored several articles in edited books. His interests include trade regional integration, and global governance mechanisms.


REPUBLIC OF KOREA
Jong Yun BAE

Dr. Jong Yun Bae is a Research Professor of International Relations at the Center for Unification Studies at the Yonsei University as well as a regular lecturer in the International Relations department. In addition to his research publications centered on the theme of Korean foreign policy; he is interested in how U.S. foreign policy relates to Korean unification. He anticipates the opening of a graduate program called "Interdisciplinary Program in Korean Unification Studies" which may be influenced by American foreign policy.


SLOVENIA
Gorazd BARTO

Mr. Gorazd Barto is a Senior Advisor for Development, Military Education, and Training at the Military Education Center, Ministry of Defense. With over 20 years of military service, Mr. Barto is responsible for the development of education and training programs for higher defense officials and military strategists. His primary tasks are development of curriculum in the military schools and development of evaluation systems for curricula.


TAIWAN
WONG Ming-Hsien

Dr. Ming-Hsien Wong is an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of International Affairs and Strategic Studies, Tamkang University. With an academic career that spans ten years, Professor Wong lectures courses on U.S. policies in the Asia-Pacific region. He has been commissioned to write research reports on issues related to international security and national security system. He is currently in the process of developing a 'Global Security Curriculum' Professor Wong is Chair of the Taiwan Strategy Research Association, Director of the Institute for National Development, and a Research Fellow with the National Policy Foundation.


TANZANIA
Salvator Marcus MBILINYI

Mr. Mbilinyi is currently holds the position of Training Officer in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation, as well as a Tutorial Assistant with the Center for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation. He holds a post graduate diploma in International Relations and Diploma and a Master's degree in Diplomacy and Trade.


VIETNAM
NGUYEN Quang Toan

Senior Colonel Toan is the Chief of the newly created Research Section at the Defense Institute for International Relations. He is responsible for advising top leadership of the Vietnamese Military regarding military and security issues, foreign policy and military to military relations. Additionally, he advises graduate students in the service academies and colleges and advises the academies and colleges on curricula. Senior Colonel Toan has over 25 years of service to the Vietnamese Army. He studied physics in Poland and attended the Political and Military Academy and the National Defense University in Vietnam.


WEST BANK
Mohammed M. M. YAGHI

Mr. Yaghi serves as a full-time assistant to the Secretariat General Office manager of the PLO Executive Committee as well as a part-time assistant to the director of Al-Quds University's American Studies Program. He is currently writing his Masters thesis on "New American Trends in American Foreign Policy Toward the Palestinian Issue, 1993- 2003. He also works as a journalist and is looking forward to teaching. Previously he studied electrical engineering.


YEMEN
Galal Ibrahim A. FAKIRAH

Dr. Galal Fakirah is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at Sana's University, the only university in Yemen with a political science department. Dr. Fakirah teaches various courses at both the graduate and undergraduate level. Several of these courses have a focus on the U.S. Due to his efforts and knowledge in the field of political science and international relations, he has been appointed to several Yemeni ministries and academic institutions in an advisory capacity.
