Juan Erardo Battaleme Martinez is a Foreign Affairs and International Relations analyst for the Argentine Navy General Staff. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Buenos Aires. Battaleme Martinez holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the Latin American Faculty of Social Science.

Josef SCHROEFL

Josef Schroefl is Scientist at the Austrian National Defence Academy and leads the Division for Social Philosophy and Political Theory. He holds a Doctorate in International Politics with a focus on asymmetric warfare and a Master´s Degree in Economy from the University of Vienna.

Aline Contti CASTRO

Aline Contii Castro is a Professor of International Relations at the University of Vila Velha. She holds a law degree from the University of Rio de Janeiro and a post-graduate diploma in International Relations from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.

Germain Ngoie Tashibambe is the Head of the Department of International Relations Studies at the University of Lubumbashi. He holds a Ph.D. in International Relations from the University of Lubumbashi.

Heiko Pääbo is the Academic Assistant to the Dean of the Institute for Defense Studies of the Baltic Defense College. He also serves as a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Tartu University. He holds a Master's Degree from Tartu University, specializing in geopolitics.

Miguel MESQUITA DA CUNHA

Miguel Mesquita da Cunha is a Professor of European Studies at the Ecole Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr. He formerly worked for the Political Director of the European Commission, responsible for Middle East and ex-Soviet Union affairs, and in the Office of the Secretary General of NATO. He holds a degree from the Institute of Political Science, Paris.

Sridhar RAJAVELU

Sridhar Rajavelu is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Madras Christian College. He is also an Honorary Research Fellow at the Observer Research Foundation, a prominent Indian think tank. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Madras, with a focus on terrorism.

Suresh THAZHATHUPADATHIL GOPOLAN

Suresh Thazhathupadathil Gopalan is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the Center for Political Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is a former Research Associate at the Center of the Study of Developing Societies. He holds a Ph.D. in East Asian Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University.

Gerardo Rodriguez Sanchez Lara is the Chief Advisor to the President of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Mexican Chamber of Deputies. He is the former Political Analysis Coordinator in the Department of Governmental Affairs for the National Action Party. He holds degrees from several schools in Mexico and Spain.

Carlos Roberto Jara Gonzalez Navero is the Academic Dean of the Institute for Advanced Strategic Studies and an officer in the Paraguayan Air Force.

Jose Antonio SIFUENTES ESPINOSA

Captain Sifuentes is Academic Director and Vice Chairman of the Center for Strategic Defense and Security Studies. He is retired from the Peruvian Navy where he served as a member of the faculty at the Peruvian Naval War College, the Naval Post Graduate School, and the Naval Academy.

Joey Shi-Ruey Long is an Associate Research Fellow for the Institute of Defense and Strategic Studies, Nanyang Technological University. He is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Cambridge.

Susana Sanchez Ferro is an Assistant Professor of Constitutional Law at the Autonomous University of Madrid. She holds a Ph.D. in Law from the same school.

Sonsak Shusawat is an Assistant Professor in the History Department of the Chulachomklao Royal Military Academy. He holds a Ph.D. in Southeast Asian History from SOAS, University of London.

Elijah Dickens Mushemeza is a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Makerere University. He holds a Ph.D. from the same school with an emphasis in migration studies.

NGUYEN Hanh Van

Hanh Van Nguyen is the Vice Dean of the Army Artillery Faculty of the National Defense Academy. He is also a Senior Colonel in the Vietnamese Army. He holds several degrees from schools in Vietnam, Russia, and Australia.
