- Deadlines for the academic year are as follows:
- Last Friday of September (for travel between 10/1 - 1/30)
- Last Friday of January (for travel between 2/1 - 5/29)
- Last Friday of May (for travel between 6/1 - 9/29)
Applications must be complete (including all backup documentation and required signatures). The original and three copies must be received by our office no later than 4:30 P.M. on the deadline dates. Applicants must apply for funding by a deadline date prior to travel; late applications will not be reviewed and will not receive funding.
- Applicants and their departments will be notified of their acceptance or rejection via email within three weeks of the deadlines listed above. Please do not contact our office to check on your status.
