Accepting students:
When you're ready to accept students, let your program coordinator know. CFIS will send a complete and detailed acceptance email to the students with congratulations and a link to the Once Accepted section of our website. These web pages walk students through what to do between now and their departure. Read through these pages yourself, as you'll likely field questions about these topics from students and parents.
If you cannot accept all applicants because demand exceeds the spaces available, discuss this with your program coordinator before sending messages of rejection. There may be another program that could accommodate these applicants.
For students who are not accepted (or who withdraw before you accept them), their deposits will be automatically refunded. Once students have been accepted, their deposits are considered final and non-refundable. If students contact you directly about withdrawing from their program or requesting a refund, please refer them to your coordinator.
