Application Process:
As students apply, you can monitor their application materials by logging into our database. If you've forgotten your username and password, contact your program coordinator.
Click on the options to "View" and then "All," and scroll through the list. Our office considers an application "complete" if a student has completed all of the following:
- application
- recommendation
- First deposit = TRUE
IMPORTANT: If you'd like to accept students on a rolling basis, it's a good idea to offer only "conditional" acceptance at an early stage ("You have been conditionally accepted to this program, pending our verification of your GPA and student conduct record..."). Students self-reveal their GPA and conduct background on their applications, but CFIS will check and verify that information as of the application deadline.
