Before you depart, consider registering your group at the U.S. Embassy in the countries that you'll visit. Go to http://studentsabroad.state.gov/ and follow the instructions. The U.S. Government has standardized the registration process for all of their embassies overseas. Whether you opt to register your entire group at once, or ask the students to do this individually, we recommend that you discuss the subject at your final orientation meeting.
