Application Procedure:
Submit the following to the Center for International Studies, Elliott Hall, 26 East Main Street, by 5:00 pm on March 15:
- Application form (click here to download)
- Resume
- Unofficial UD transcript
- Two letters of recommendation:
- Personal reference(s) on your character with referee's full contact information
- Professional references describing work performance and duration of full time employment with full contact information of the referee/employer (required only of past graduates with full-time employment experience)
After submitting their application documents, applicants will be contacted for an interview. Students selected for this program will then have to submit the following required documents:
- Photocopy of the first photo page of the passport
- Education Documents
- Sealed University Transcript
- Original copy of the bachelor's diploma
- Or, notarized copy of bachelor's diploma from the Korean consulate/embassy in your home country
- Original copy of master's diploma and/or TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certificate(s) with one additional photocopy of each certificate
- Or copy(s) of the above mentioned documents either Apostillized or notarized by the South Korean consulate/embassy in your home country.
- Criminal Record Certificate (Please note that possession of any criminal record will immediately disqualify you from gaining employment in GEPIK.)
- Province/state or Federal Level (Abstract, Background or record check with/without fingerprint)
- Apostillized (see "How to Apostillize my documents")
- For Canadians only: Copy notarized by your local South Korean consulate/embassy
